An excellent morning at the Park. Seven Northern Pintail (6 males), the first NOPI I have seen on Mono Lake since mid-October. Two male Cinnamon Teal at 30 feet, FOS, though right on time. The first CITE I have seen since September. Two Eared Grebes, the first in weeks, and a flock of approximately 30 Horned Larks, the first I have seen at the Park since November. In Mono City, around 30 Cassin's Finches, and they all seem to be singing at the same time.
