Eastern Kingbird on Rush Creek

Flushed up at 20 metres, bobbing, unhurried flight away from me through the sage. Perched at 50 metres, and continued eastward. I was just downstream of the Test Station (or is it Picnic Grounds?) culvert at Rush, on the two track that heads down the right side of Rush to the delta. It seemed mobile, I suppose you may find it anywhere in the delta or on the shore bewteen Rush Creek and Navy Beach. I caught the black top and white bottom, and I clearly observed the white-tipped rectrices. The first one I have seen in California
