I visited Mono Lake for the first time, and saw a bird that we couldn't identify. It was a largish black bird, with a long tail and white markings on the top of the wings - in fact, it looked almost like the wings were white with a black outline around the edge. We saw quite a few of them around the shore. What is it? Thanks in advance!
