We recently received news that a Ruby-crowned Kinglet, banded May 10 2003 at Lee Vining Creek, was recovered at Williams Lake, British Columbia, about a month ago. By a dog. A distance of 1340 miles, and the time of recovery makes it very possible that it was found on its breeding grounds!
