Comments

County Park is as lovely as ever, quiet and filled to the brim with Eared Grebes and Ruddy Ducks. There was an adult Red-shouldered Hawk perched on some lakeshore tufa, overlooking dense aggregations of Green-winged Teal. I didn’t see a Greater White-fronted Goose, an individual or two have been seen here for the last few years around now. The Lake is quite spectacular these days.
