Comments

Today was a beautiful day in the Basin, no breeze, crisp yet warm and a big blue sky. County Park was surprisingly quiet except for an adult Red-shouldered Hawk who swooped by nearly brushing the boardwalk. Freaking huge flocks of starlings were weighing down the leafless willows, grrrr. County Ponds were sporting 2 young Tundra Swans and a Rough-legged Hawk nearby. There was also a few Lesser Scaups and a Common Goldeneye at DeChambeau Ponds.
