Out with Lisa Cutting and Mark Hanna on the last day of Rush Creek's 8-day 400 cfs peak flow. From the bluff above Channel 10, just as we were musing about the fish that must be in that wonderful beautiful channel, we watched an Osprey confirm it by diving into the channel and coming up with a fish big enough to make it laborious to fly, with two Red-winged Blackbirds mobbing it the whole time.
