Good day at County park. Finally saw a female L. Bunting. Great Horned Owl in the shadows. Thousands of Phalaropes (a few Red-necked). Marsh Wrens all of a sudden (at least 3). And...a male American Redstart at the top of the boardwalk in the willows, just a fleeting glimpse. No kestrels though, where'd they all go?
