Autumn today at 3:33pm PDT.
Sagehen Summit area is 25-60%, mostly on the yellow side depending on aspect and grove size. The saddle area by the peak is 7-10 days away from full glory.
Lundy and Lee Vining Canyons, lower stretches about 5% color. Upper canyons above 8500' easily 25%,
except at entrances which are still slow to develop color.
Parker Bench is 5-10%.
Bottom of June Lake Loop is yellowing at the edges.
Pinon pines fat with sappy green cones above LV canyon. Birding will be fat too, late fall in the Pinon Jungle.
