After the storm drifted by I checked out Lee Vining delta and saw two young bald eagles, one definitely a second year. yesterday at the county park boardwalk I found a lonely looking 'slate colored' junco--it seemed very excited to hear some pishing down on the deserted boardwalk (deserted of both birds and humans).
