On Thursday April 26th, 2007, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) took a tour of the Mono Basin. The focus was on how things are going since the Mono Lake Water Rights Decision 1631 and the Restoration Orders 98-05 and 98-07. These orders mandated higher lake levels and stream and waterfowl habitat restoration.
