Old Marina is one of the easiest spots to get a quick glimpse at Mono Lake. Located just off Highway 395, Old Marina houses several large tufa towers as well as an astounding view of Mono Lake's large islands. There is a short trail to the water's edge, and nearby is the David Gaines Memorial Boardwalk. It is not far from the Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center.
