Water Board hearings conclude

The State Water Resources Control Board concluded its hearings on DWP’s Mono Basin restoration plans on July 17. The Water Board is now considering the settlement proposed by DWP, State Lands Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Fish and Game, U.S. Forest Service, California Trout, National Audubon Society, and the Mono Lake Committee. A decision is expected by fall.
