Accolades
A hearty congratulations to Nell Soto, mother of Committee board member Tom Soto. She was elected to the California Assembly, representing the 61st district in Ontario, California. We send her wishes for good luck, we are all proud of her success!Speaking of board members, Guillermo Rodriguez, of San Francisco, helped to secure a grant from PG&E to help underwrite the costs of promoting water policy education among California Community groups.
