Location: bluff south of road crossing near a weathered pinyon pine

Weather: Cumulus clouds - beautiful day
Observations: Quite a bit of vegetation along the stream where it crosses road: bushes, cottonwoods, willows, and occasional Jeffrey pines. Downstream toward the lake it is much more open - mainly sagebrush.
