Chris Holabird

Long time Committee member Chris Holabird has been visiting the Mono
Basin for over 20 years. A retired teacher and school administrator, Chris
and his wife Rhoda now spend many summer days in their cabin at June Lake.
Chris was looking for a way to become more active with the Committee just
about the time we were starting the Photopoint Project. His enthusiasm was
there from the start and has won him the honor of being the first
Photopoint Project participant. Rush Creek is one of his favorite places.
"My wife and I always drive there to look at it because it's so nice
to see the water coming down - when we first came here we remember that
being dry." We're looking forward to more changes on Rush Creek also!
Thanks Chris!
