Get ready for summer! The Mono Lake Committee has announced the schedule for it’s 1998 Field Seminars. This year there are 16 seminars with a wide range of topics—counting gull nests on Mono Lake’s islands, Native American Basketry, Stream Restoration, Photography and Pastels, and a special class for environmental educators. The Field Seminar program provides opportunities for greater understanding and appreciation of Mono Lake’s natural and human history.
