Date of sighting: 3/12/09

Yesterday while kayaking down Rush Creek where it flows through the mostly-empty bottom of Grant Lake Reservoir, I saw dippers, many ducks (at least one was a Canvasback), and swallows! The swallows were swooping around above the creek where it had cut through the sediment-filled reservoir-bottom.
