Say’s Phoebe, Yellow-rumped warblers…

April 10th, 2009 by Nora

Date of sighting: April 6, 2009

A Say’s Phoebe has been hanging around in Lee Vining, between Second and Third Streets.

Yellow-rumped Warblers are flitting in the trees at Gus Hess Park.

I watched an American Pipit wander around nervously on the lakeshore, and accidentally scared up a Wilson’s Snipe at the Lee Vining Creek Delta.
