Past field seminars

Mono Lake Committee field seminars offer the chance for participants to delve beyond a basic understanding of the Mono Basin's natural history in a hands-on way.

The Mono Lake Committee works with field leaders who have received high ratings from past seminar participants. We emphasize a spirit of learning and cameraderie in a magnificent outdoor setting for a reasonable cost. Proceeds from Mono Lake Committee Field Seminars benefit research and education in the Mono Basin.

Registration opens every year on Feburary 1st for Mono Lake Committee members only. Non-members can register beginning every year on March 1st. If you have questions about the Field Seminar program, please contact Communications Coordinator Elin Ljung at (760) 647-6595.
