It’s not often you get the chance to win a pair of round-trip tickets on Southwest Airlines or a Yosemite getaway while supporting Mono Lake at the same time, but during the Mono Lake Committee’s Free Drawing fundraiser, you can!
This year, we are offering more than two dozen amazing prizes including fun-filled vacations and relaxing retreats in the Mono Basin, San Francisco, Mammoth Lakes, Benton Hot Springs, and more. Since 2016 marks the National Park Service’s centennial, we are also offering an adventure in the Channel Islands and stays in Yosemite, Death Valley, and Kings Canyon National Parks. You will also have the chance to win ski passes, rafting trips, outdoor gear, and much more. Be sure to check out the full prize list to see all of the exciting details. If you are already a member of the Mono Lake Committee, you should have already received your tickets. You must return them to be entered to win one of these amazing prizes. We suggest you include a $5 donation per ticket to support our protection, restoration, and education efforts here in the Mono Basin, but there is no donation required to enter.
If you are not yet a member of the Mono Lake Committee, simply send an email with your name and address to Ellen King, Membership Coordinator, and she will send you ten tickets (or more, if you’d like). Be sure to send back the filled out tickets with your donation to enter the drawing. If you’re coming to visit us in Lee Vining, you can also enter the Free Drawing in the Mono Lake Committee Information Center & Bookstore.
This year, if you enter by September 30, you will be eligible to win our early bird prize—an iPad mini 4! Otherwise, tickets must be received by December 10 to be eligible to win all of the other prizes.
