The Owens Valley Indian Water Commission and the Great Basin Water Network invite the public to join the Great Basin Water Justice Summit virtually all day next Wednesday, August, 3.
Mono Lake Committee Executive Director Geoff McQuilkin will be speaking as part of the morning panel called Fighting for Water Justice in Payahuunadü (eastern California).
In addition to the panel about water justice in Payahuunadü, the day’s agenda includes panels about defeating the Las Vegas Pipeline and emerging threats in the Great Basin, a lunch break with films, and an interactive audience discussion about building a movement for water justice.
