Learn about the essentials of bird mating, social, and vocal behavior with Lead Naturalist Guide Nora Livingston from the comfort of your own home. This virtual seminar will broaden your knowledge of important foundations of ornithology (the study of birds) that can be applied to every bird you see, and we will be using examples of birds local to the Mono Basin to help prepare you for your next visit. This seminar includes a 50-60 minute presentation, a Q&A session, and take-home exercises to apply your newfound knowledge to your backyard birds. Photo by Nora Livingston.
