Mark your calendar and tell your friends—the Mono Lake Committee is hosting the first Wild & Scenic Film Festival in Los Angeles!

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival was started by the South Yuba River Citizens’ League (SYRCL) to inspire activism in communities and promote solutions to environmental and human issues through film. Film themes include adventure, agriculture, community activism, conservation, energy/climate change, water, and many more.

The event will also be the Los Angeles premiere of the Committee’s new film, The Mono Lake Story.
