Donate for Giving Tuesday

Update: You did it! $30,000 matched for Mono Lake

We have met our $30,000 match goal for Giving Tuesday! Thank you so much to everyone who helped us achieve this incredible milestone. You can still help us make this a record-breaking Giving Tuesday for Mono Lake. Every donation goes directly toward our protection, restoration, education, and scientific research work here at Mono Lake.

Thank you for your support and Long live Mono Lake!

We have a very special opportunity this Giving Tuesday. A longtime Mono Lake Committee member wanted to inspire fellow Mono Lake lovers to give an extra gift this Giving Tuesday, and she has generously offered to match all funds raised, dollar for dollar, up to $30,000.

That means you can double your impact for Mono Lake starting right now.

And it means that every donation goes twice as far—to protect everything from the tufa towers and wide open spaces of the Mono Basin to the nesting California Gull colony on the islands, to restore Rush, Lee Vining, Mill, Parker, and Walker creeks and the fish and wildlife that depend on them, to educate and inspire the next generation of water decision makers, and to support the scientific research that guides all of the actions we take for Mono Lake.

Here at Mono Lake we celebrate Giving Tuesday with our annual tradition of bringing you the sunrise, live from the shoreline. Join us at 6:20am PST on Tuesday, November 30th to start your day at Mono Lake! Simply click here to watch the sunrise over Mono Lake with us.

Donations made using the buttons and links in this post through November 30th and up to $30,000 will be doubled.
