The draft “Synthesis Report” included winter flow recommendations for Rush Creek that had not been adjusted for gains and losses below the release point (the MGORD- Mono Gate One Return Ditch). The Stream Scientists today released the revised recommendations prior to the release of the final report. The revisions in section 5.11 are highlighted in the document below.
