Join a naturalist-guide for a leisurely tour up Lundy Canyon, where the convergence of coniferous forest, sagebrush scrub, riparian woodlands, and open water offers a diverse list of bird species. Meet at the Lundy Lake boat ramp near Lundy Lake Resort (directions below). This guided, 1.5–2 hour tour is appropriate for all experience levels and age groups.

Directions to the Lundy Lake boat ramp

From Highway 395 turn onto Lundy Lake Road (located 6.5 miles north of Lee Vining). Continue straight for 5 miles to the boat ramp near Lundy Lake Resort to meet the group.

What to bring

Please bring binoculars if you have them, sun protection (sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) and plenty of drinking water.
