Learn about the essentials of bird migration and dispersal from the comfort of your own home. This virtual seminar will broaden your knowledge of important foundations of ornithology (the study of birds) that can be applied to every bird you see, and we will be using examples of birds local to the Mono Basin to help prepare you for your next visit. This seminar includes a 50-60 minute lecture, a Q&A session, and take-home exercises to apply your newfound knowledge to your backyard birds. Photo by Chris McCreedy.
