Mono Lake Moments: Bringing Mono Lake to you

Join the Mono Lake Committee digitally as we share arriving birds, springtime flowers, and scenic views of the Mono Basin with you from wherever you may be. Over the next few weeks, you can bring Mono Lake into your living room and enjoy some moments of peace and tranquility from the Mono Basin during these uncertain times.

Mono Lake Committee staff are launching this new, web-based opportunity for you to experience Mono Lake this week on Facebook Live. Live videos will also be uploaded to our website after the broadcast. Staff will not only be sharing live views of the Mono Basin, but also conducting educational programs from the lake for people of all ages to enjoy from home, such as South Tufa tours and Mono Lake Q&A sessions.

Click here to see the schedule for upcoming live events as well as recordings from earlier live events.

Mono Lake Moments are sustained by member donations. If you can’t give at this time, we understand, and our thoughts are with you. If you’re in a position to give today, it is especially helpful for Mono Lake at a time when other members may be unable to do so.
